This kitchen and living room was originally all shades of brown.  The owners felt is was dark and uninviting.   The cost of a full kitchen cut remodel was not appealing but we were able to come up with some great ideas to make the most of their budget and creating a warm and open space for their friends and family to gather. The large island replaces their dining table and allows for a great prep space for big holiday meals and making dozens of cookies!  We knew we could not match their current cabinets so we helped choose an accent finish.
