This 1970s home needed an update badly!   From leaking plumbing and very outdated fixtures it had become a completely unusable bathroom.     From the bedroom there was a spiral staircase leading to the basement.  The owners said they wanted to convert this space to their "wetroom" with a tub and shower.   We must say at first everyone thought it might not be possible, given this was also a smaller space.  But we worked diligently with local engineers and all our subcontractors to deliver a beautiful bathroom that many on first glance said was impossible.
